Print Your Label
Download and print the pre-paid UPS or DHL shipping label provided at the end of the registration process.
Package Your Items
Place the watch or accessory in its original Daniel Wellington box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return form.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
